The beach is
about 25 minutes away from the villa and the cultural splendours
of San Marino, Urbino, San Leo, Gradara and San Marino are
all within 30 minutes drive. Around the house, castles and
churches perch grandly on the surrounding mountain-tops and
in the villages below you can spend your holiday discovering
their history and spending time exploring the many interesting
shops and markets. Afterwards a visit to one of the many
traditional family-run Italian restaurants can be perfect
for those tired feet!

For the children,
the beach can be the perfect place but on the coast, you
also have a wide range of children’s entertainment, from theme
parks, go-karting, horse-riding to the ‘cool’ cafes
and clubs in Rimini and Cattolica for the teenagers.
