We really enjoyed the place and a most excellent time was had by all. It's a perfect holiday location and the situation of the house is just lovely.
From Nikolaus (September 2005)

The house is well furnished, absolutely everything you could possibly need. All in all it was a fantastic holiday in a fantastic house. We really didn't want to leave !
From Sue (August 2005)

We all really enjoyed the holiday and would definitely go back again. The pool was fantastic, good decor and furniture, good kitchen & great sized fridge, great local restaurants (really forced us to improve our Italian too!) and fantastic views.
From Kate (August 2005)

All went extremely well in Italy and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your house. The pool was fantastic and was very well looked after by the gardener. We really liked the surrounding area, particularly Morciano.
From John (July 2005)

All went very well at the house. It is a very nice place and the layout is perfect for young kids (i.e. everything on the same level and all rooms feeding off the central living room). The main bed is the comfiest I have slept in for years. I can't think of anything you need to do to improve it. The pool is outstanding (by far the longest private pool I have seen - good for laps) and the views are superb. The man that cleans the pool is an asset for you.

The local villages are all very nice and the local forts and castles are surprisingly interesting (I say surprising because they are not well known, but places like San Leo would rank as good as many on say the Rhine). San Leo was our favourite place
From Gary (July 2005)

All of our party were extremely impressed with the villa. It had everything we needed in it and the views and the many walks that we went on were superb. The best restaurant in the area, which also happened to be inexpensive, was within easy walking distance, so there was no need to use the car in the evening to seek out food. Adding in fire flies in the evening, the proximity to San Marino and the coast, all in all a superb holiday - I am sure that I will be contacting you with a view to using the villa again in the future.
From Neil (May 2005)

Steven and I had a wonderful stay at the villa in Piandicastello. The villa was a great base, giving us loads of opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside. If you are feeling brave, Bologna is only 1hrs drive and well worth a visit. However perhaps the best part of staying at the villa was just being able to chill out beside the pool and watch the countryside unfolding in front of you - with a chilled glass of Prossecco where possible!. The local produce is fantastic, and any master-chef will be in 7th Heaven, or if that doesn't appeal the the two local restaurants have an array of regional delights.
